Electromagnetic Feeder

The vibratory shift induced by the magnetic intensity contributes an array of merits other than movement. Vibratory act loosens the lumps while undergoing vibrating impulses from electro magnetic equipment. Adding to this when the input is big and course the vibratory action from the Vibrating Feeders may not have impressive results. On the other hand when the vibratory act is used before packing uniformity is achieved.

Construction of Vibrating Feeders or Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder:

Electrical pulses in the coils of the electro magnetic feeder create a series of magnetic pulls that attract the armature and the deck present in vibrating feeder. Restoring force of the bar in the electro magnetic feeder opposes each pull, causing the armature to spring away from the magnet. At an electrical incidence of 60 cycles per second, the armature and the deck operate at 3,600 times per minute (the vibrating rate of the vibratory feeder). Matter is moved by a series of "jumps" in the vibratory area that correspond to the occurrence of vibrations caused in electro magnetic feeder. The distance the bars travel can be changed by varying the voltage to the coils in vibratory feeder. With this variation in the length of each "jump," or vibration amplitude, the speed of the particles on the electro magnetic feeder changes, resulting in a capacity rate, that fits your requirements.


The electro magnetic feeder can take one of four forms, bonded rubber mounts, hollow rubber mounts, and helical coil compression springs or helical coil tension springs. The type of mount to be fitted in the electro magnetic feeder is selected to suit the requirements of the installation and to provide a minimum isolation efficiency of 95%.

Electromechanical Vibrating Feeders

Electromechanical Vibrating Feeder



Vibrating electromechanical feeders can be supplied with base mounted over hanging or combined single motor drive or with twin dual or Dual twin motor drive or with multiple drives to serve as vibrating conveyors. These electromechanical feeders are having a tray mounted on the drive units. This drive unit is located beneath the tray.


Vibratory Motors used in Vibro feeders are totally enclosed 3 phase, squirrel cage induction motors with adjustable, eccentric weights mounted at the both the end of the shaft to set up vibrations during rotation. The design of shaft and the selection of bearing has been carefully done to withstand heavy radial loads. Two identical motors mounted parallel to each other on a right and left, which is free to move in all directions, will produce linear vibrations. When connected for contra-rotation so know this principle in Vibrating Feeders is adopted for handling large bulky material in large feeders.

Vibratory Furnace Charger

The metallic components like scrap, bales, pig iron and foundry retains are stored in the hopper. The hopper shape is specially designed to enable bulky and irregular scrap pieces to be extracted without problem.Vibratory furnace charger is effective solutions to problems such as high labour cost, hazards operators faced in foundries, melting shops etc. Such a kind of automation allows foundry men to work at a safe distance thus preventing injuries arising out of molten metal splash. It also facilitates in rapid and quick charging of the vibratory furnace charger thereby allowing maximum utilization of the vibratory furnace charger, in addition to this, the damage to furnace lining is avoided which normally occurs in manual charging of the vibratory furnaces.

Vibratory Furnace Charger

Vibratory Furnace Charger consists of a vibrating feeder mounted on a moving trolley with a storage hopper mounted above the feeder. The Vibrating Feeders on hte vibratory charging car comprises a discharge chute with vibratory feeder for the metallic components and is hopper all mounted on the travelling framework with drive gear. The discharge snout of the Vibrating Feeders is inclined and formed of a rounded trough to bring about a good charger distribution and enable irregular or bulky pieces of scrap or returns to be discharged. The feeder is driven by unbalanced motors. The vibration frequency can be altered by an A. C. Inverter, thereby regulating the feed velocity and also influencing the noise emission. The batch hopper as well as the charging feeder is built in sandwich construction which reduces the noise generated by contact between the charger materials and the hopper walls or feeder deck. However, this does not eliminate the noise produced by contact between the charger pieces themselves.

Tubular Vibratory Feeder

Reciprocating Feeder or Vibrating Feeders

Reciprocating Feeder
Structure features:

It is composed of the main frame, soleplate (coal feeding trough), transmission platform, funnel, paddle door and idlers. After the motor starting work, the soleplate with a tilt angle of 5 is dragged to reciprocate in a linear motion path on the idlers via flexible coupling and reducer,and discharging coal to other equipments.
